Bad customer service. I have been working with my school for over a month to get accepted to autocad. They are not letting me in.My teacher says they are difficult with every student (who don't pay and want to use a try out version).They have been holding out on me for over a month in the meantime. Try this, try that, take screen shots. All done, even sent a video. They simply won't let my school. My teacher has created more than 50 mail addresses to help her students this way. They just let you down.Worst customer service ever. My firm has asked to prospect here. This is seriously disappointing. I will recommend my company not to order this software. Too bad for them.
