This company needs to investigated for fraud. They took my automatic payments for about 10 years. The coverage area was always problematic. Then a tower went down in my area which rendered the phone service extremely slow , if not completely useless. They said it would take over a year to fix and that they were not going to work with customers in terms of providing a discount during their time down in my area. I switched to Verizon. Squared up with an ATT rep who said I was all paid up... months later they charged my card over $200 for some cancelation fee that I specifically was told would not happen by the ATT rep. I desputed, my bank fought and clawed back my money... a year later ATT sent the amount to collections and they have been harassing me for about 2 years... THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE HOURS TO ARGUE WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE. THEY SHOULD BE SUED IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS "COMPANY " NEEDS TO BE STOPPED FROM HARRASSING AND STEALING FROM HONEST CUSTOMERS.
