I have been with AT&T for 26 yrs, customer service has been nothing but a headache in the last five years. They have non understanding foreigners answering the calls. They are combative, over talk you, rude, disrespectful, I can go on & on. They do not know what they are talking about ever. Then get mad when you ask them to repeat what was said. I will be leaving At&t when my billing cycle start over. DONE! DONE!
