Horrible customer service

Transferred two phones a watch and canceled our Internet with AT&T when we switched to T-Mobile. We are still getting billed for service. We no longer have. Called Customer Service several times and was supposedly transferred to their loyalty department where they have no record of our phone or our pin number so we can’t cancel our service and keep getting billed, I have been on the phone with them for the past three days and they keep lying to me. Totally disgusted have no idea what my recourse is as we went to the AT&T store and they could not help me.
