I just switched from Verizon who I was with for 15 years. As far as the service FOR ME it's much better. I was working for Uber and I was not getting my calls in Port Orange by either Uber or Lyft. Now I'm able to get my calls. I go into hospitals and I can still talk and get reception If customer service was good I'd give my review 5 stars. If I have to do somthing with customer service I might as well take the day off. Most of the agents are overseas and don't speak English well. ( that is one thing I miss from Verizon) They push wrong buttons and I have to call back. Eventually if you call back a few times the issue get's resolved.
