I work from home and have never had issues with the signal strength until this week. My company IT says there is nothing affecting my internet on our end and AT&T says it must be our VPN. I need fast, reliable internet since I work from home and I explained this when signing up for service. I was told not to worry, their service is very fast and strong in my area.As many companies have done, IT is in India and is given a manual with stock answers to customer issues.Thanks for nothing AT&T.
