If you want to get a sudden extra charge from AT&T then do it. I asked about a bill being due on a certain due date, and they said I shouldn't worry about it. Then the next month, I got charged a late fee because I missed the due date (you know the one I shouldn't worry about). I even asked if I could show them proof of the chat I had about this and they ignored me. Then I asked if they could look up the reference number of the chat and they couldn't do that. I was penalized for a late fee for a miscommunication, and they didn't even try to waive the fee. Why should I have to pay the price for someone on their team that wasn't clear on their end? Screw them.
