Warnjng!!! Use a third party like Gmail, Otherwise AT&T tampers with records!!!

I have been to court with AT&T three times!!!! One big civil, two small claims cases, prose. They lost all 3. They lost those cases because all 3 times, they got caught producing false evidence, and tampering with evidence. This took place over a 20 year period. I'm now filing a new civil case. They know this because today, they purged all records that showed every scam they pull on every customer, not realizing that they yet again, got caught committing another felony, records tampering. Use another service for your emails like I do, and they can't do this to you. My mistake was telling the scheming rep over the phone, that I'm modifying the subpoena, and increasing the lawsuit, another 2mill plus, and that I'm including the phone and chat records, so they know who to blame. I had already given him a link to the courts records from my past lawsuits, to show I wasn't bluffing. 10 minutes later, my at&t email address, was wiped clean. They even tampered with court records and effected my credit report. Can't say much in this at moment, as my case against them is still pending. All those times you got shut off for non payment, when you clearly paid them where they make you go to their store, is for two purposes. One to collect extra fees, the other is to get you in their store, to pressure you into buying more services and products. So my payments that worked on my side, and failed on theirs, is done on purpose. They purposely send in their debit dated a month in advance. Banks don't take post dated checks, they don't take post dated debits either. At&T wants your money, whether you owe it or not. And they block any and all attempts to receive evidence, as they know you don't owe them, but still make you pay regardless. Use small claims for small issues. And when you win, make them pay you. Do not let them talk you into crediting your bill. Most likely, that bill is null and void if related to the small claims. At&t told me they applied it to my bill, even after the judge orfered them not to. They added all these double fees, and after the house incident, there was one more. My disabled wife was waiting for medical transportation, that didn't show because she never responded. She didn't respond because she never got the prompt. They turned our phones off for non payment, just to collect fees. My bank, my email, both clearly show the charge done on time, yet the required paperwork needed to collect is dated a month in advance. They came into our home, took my union's medical phone application for $140 a month. All recorded on security cameras. The manager now fired, pulled my information off the forms, then signed us up without asking on a $500 plan instead. Even with it all in writing, at&t does what it wants. It's about time they are made accountable, and this time I'm doing it for an amount, that losing part in fees having a Sheriff collect, won't matter.
