This company is so crazy. I moved my 89 yrs mother out of Florida where she was living my herself to California with me. We sold her condo and closed out all her utilities but we can't close this account because she does now remember her 4 digit pin that she gave them from back in the 80's. She had all the info, name , address acct number bills for last 5 years in one of her drawers can give you all info on the account but bc she does now remember her 4 digit pin they say that can not verify it is her .. She will have to come into one of the stores and prove she is her ..89 in a wheelchair, this if not going to happen, so at&t sends her a bill to a Ca address for the tv service in a fla address that she does live or own anymore. So crazy!
