False advertisement

I got a quote that was significantly less than what I was paying at T-Mobile so we switched. We were offered Visa cards as a perk in switching and to help pay off our TMO phones. 3 bills later and I'm playing $5 less than I was with T-Mobile, I never got one of my rewards cards so couldn't use it to pay off my old phones and they can't fix my VM (it's been 4 months) so I now no longer have VM. They are the WORST company I've ever dealt with. I strongly suggest going anywhere else other than AT&T. Trying to reach customer service is near impossible. The very minute we pay off our phones I'm going back to T-Mobile.
