AT&T is too big to give any customer service and WHEN (not if) they screw you over and you call them, they will NEVER try to resolve your issue...they will simply put you on hold and then disconnect you making you call back and run down until after 3 hours you just give up. They leaked my information including EVERYTHING... SSN, full name, email, ph, address.... and there is an active fraud going on with my ATT acct, but in 3 hours of my time trying everything I could, nothing has been done and I doubt anything will. I left At&t a decade ago because they are the worst company of any company I have delt with my life...and now they can't even take a call to alert them to active fraud. I went to their local store since I couldn't get through by phone and at 5:29pm there was a note on door saying "on break back at 6pm"...waited 35 mins before I banged on door loud enough to make guy come out and he offered NO ASSISTANCE... SAVE yourself and NEVER deal with ATT...they are the WORST
