Agents rule and hang up it was a man taking the call. Because I have been at AT&T since 2013 I have never had a phone cut off and tried to explain to them. when I had my surgery and was out of work 3month and tried to work the plan I had two situations going on. I don't appreciate it at all I keep your AT&T business going. From now on when I finish my device I will never get any more phones this time. I am move forwarding this AT&T company !!! I get treated like terrible.
