I am giving 1 star because there is no zeros… This is is the worse company. Always issues with them. My husband tried to switch his phone to another carrier due to bad signal in the area. Att asked him to pay off the balance on his phone in order to switch his line. They put it too difficult…my husband had to stay with Att however… they cancelled his line anyway, and reconnected his line. Plus, they upgraded his line to a Premium plan so he will have a better reception….. LIE!!! Nothing improved! So, I checked my bill today.. SURPRISE!! My bill is $615.98…. Really??? So I called Att to see what happened, the representative explained to me the whole mess. Why they shut down the line if the phone was not paid off? Long story….. now I have a case open, that may be resolved by July 2nd….. so, what is going to happen with the bill??? Because I am not paying it! Att is a joke…….
