I have had ATT mobile service for 2 years. I signed up through SAM'S Club. The account was set up using the wrong phone number. I have contacted ATT several times to correct it and was assured that it was correct. I have been working with ATT for 3 days now to correct this. This is desperately needed due to I can not make any updates to my account because they need to verify it's me by sending the code to this incorrect phone number. Well that protects ATT but doesn't help me. Today after going through this vicious circle again I had the smart idea to contact the Escalation department to be told that according to a supervisor these accounts setup via Sam's Club are no longer supported. I will be canceling all accounts as they come up for contract renewal. I have had some type of account with ATT since 1977. They have now fallen to a state for which I don't see them recovering. No support or care for their customers is as low as they can go.
