Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced. My 70 year old mother many calls because their employee that messed up my mother account when they sent her to our home 4 months , still no resolution follow up or apology. I'm will never recommend Att . I was involved in the Att data breach. Nothing but immigrants very incompetent POS . They are the Absolutely worst. I will not be transferring my T-Mobile business account after I witnessed how they treated my mother . Look at these reviews. My mother will be leaving them never looking back.
