Worst Part of my life since turning 40 this year!

I hate this company. Last month they had 52 bucks of my money sitting on my account and wasn't going to apply it to anything telling me that they don't know why I paid it and my bill wasn't due. Then I pay 70 bucks thinking it was to the internet since the link said internet but guess what! It was to the wireless and now my internet is off, and after explaining to the rep. What took place, it's my fault because I paid with speed pay on their app. Are you serious. So now when they return my money, my services still won't be restored because now since the services are suspended I can no longer do a split payment. Are you kidding me! I'm 🏃‍♀️ back to xfinity!!!! Listening to other people about cheaper services shoot I rather pay 220 dollars a month for faster service, better customer service, and payment extensions. I can't wait to cut AT&T off. Plus I can't never get anyone that speaks fluent English it just bothers me I have to repeat myself over and over, then they cut me off when I'm talking, then I can't understand them. I'm just over it. Never again!!
