I had a great experience on my most recent visits to AT&T in Tallahassee, Florida. Blake W. was very helpful in setting up my prepaid plan and resolved a recent issue with my daughter's phone plan. We spoke to several agents and even a manager at a different store to resolve the issue with my daughter's phone, but felt like we were going in circles. I'm thankful he was able to resolve the problem.
