I am considering a lawsuit. I am beyond disgusted in such poor service.

I had no option for zero stars so they got one. I have been with AT&T 30 yrs and never switched. In Jan. I brought my business number over from comcast landline to att cellular. I’ve had this number for 35 years and is the only number for my business. They managed to set my account up totally wrong. I thought the payments were set up on autopay with my 5 other personal lines. Well it wasn’t and the account never received a payment. Then they shut service off in May. I received a collection bill in June. I never received a paper statement, email, text or phone call tellin me my account was in arrears. I didn’t realize service was shut out ff because 100% of my phone calls were forwarded to my personal line. After I paid the bill they told me to go into a store and activate my account. Well they gave my number away to some data plan. I asked if I could get my 30 yr old business number back and they said they can’t but offered me a $200 credit to activate a new line.
