money is more important than its customers

recently received notice my wireless bill will increase by 20.00 (note 20 year ATT customer) when i called to inquire i was told they no longer offer the plan i was grandfathered into but i could switch to another plan for less with paperless billing and auto pay i explained i am not comfortable with auto pay to a company who has been breeched more than once. i was basically told "oh well" you would think that ATT with be more considerate of their long-term customers as a result i will be canceling my account by years end. once again ATT puts profit over customers
