i have been with AT&T for 20 years. I went in to our local store to upgrade, I was shocked when my bill finally posted. I told the sales person in the store that I did not want the protection plan. It was on my bill along with the AT&T next up. I couldnt get through on the phone so I chatted with a rep. who said if its been under 2 weeks, I need to go back into the store. I did and local store said the protection plan and Next up are automatically added. To cancel you have to go online through the app. which still leaves me oweing the fees. I am furiuos. Not only did theyput the charges on my bill, the local salesperson never said anything about it to me.
