AT&T the worst customer service ever!!I went online, then on the phone then to an AT&T store. Three times in three days.I was told multiple times I was good to go. Only to find out someone messed up and my new phone is still not working. The last customer service representative spent over an hour with me. He said u can wait for the sim card to arrive in the mail or go to your local store and get one. So for the fourth time in three days I went to the store. Only to be told that I could not get one from the store even though they have plenty. I had to wait. Day 5 with no phone Thanks AT&T😞
