They are, and continue to be the worst internet provider in the country. Don't waste your time. Go with Spectrum. I used to have them as a mobile carrier and internet. I was interested in having them install fiber... as usual they give you a block of 2 hours... of which they originally didn't come on the day scheduled. Then on the day it was rescheduled they were late... wasting my time, and having to push calls out. Their customer service is off shore and incompetent. When you call back hold times are close to an hour. Seriously... there is better products. What's sad is they are based in Dallas, and the service is still garbage here.
