AT&T iPhone 15PRO UPGRADE SCAM ALERT!

Multiple days / roughly 2+ hours per call per day attempting to resolve an AT&T created issue where an iPhone 15PRO upgrade purchased directly from AT&T, was activated under a new phone number not requested by the purchaser. The second existing phone number from an older iPhone 6s Plus that was being upgraded was added to the second E-Sim causing the iPhone 15PRO to have two phone numbers in it. Purchaser request for cancelation of the non-requested number generated a bill for the full amount of the iPhone 15PRO that was originally purchased under an installment plan. This sure seems like it was a 100% scam by AT&T, with an intention to mislead the purchaser into adding an additional line of service to an account or voiding the installment plan the iPhone 15PRO was purchased under in the advent this second line of service was delegated.AT&T Customer Service is unable to resolve, refuses to resolve or intentionally will disconnect calls related to this type of issue.
