I have nothing but problems since switching to AT&T. First, they claimed they did not receive our phones via mail when I had signed receipts from their employee. I got that resolved, but they thought they were doing me a favor when they were wrong. Now, I cancelled a phone. My plan was 2 phones and my husband died recently and I disconnected his phone and returned it [fortunately this time they indicated receipt]. Now I am trying to figure out the bill for one line. Every month it is different, each time I call or visit the store I am given a different amount. For two phones the total was $173. I wrongly assumed it would be about half that. Wrong, it is looking like $129.81, I was told $72.99 in the store, $99.00 by an agent via chat and see in my account that is $129.81. I questioned why it would not be about half and was told that the discounts only apply to multiple lines. So if you are single and use one phone, they don't care about you. You are paying the highest rate possible. I am looking elsewhere where one phone/one person is valued. Worst mistake ever going to AT&T, do not switch no matter who you have.
