NO DISCOUNTS

I switched over to AT&T a bit over a year ago.Issue #1: I switched with the 'any device, any condition' to obtain the newest android phone for free. I traded in six devices and received $0.00 credit and I have been stuck paying for all six new phones.Issue #2: I enrolled in the military discount Signature Program. It was never applied.Post month response: It may take a few months for the old devices to process and have your account apply all rebates and offers. (My fault for forgetting.)Time lapse 1 year: Need another phone.Informed the more lines, more the savings. Informed billed would go from $270 to $210 with the extra line. Billed increased another $40.Issue #3. Three attempts to the same store to add the military "Signature Program" to my account. Provided military ID with driver's license that states "Veteran". Store employee called and verified military status. Received email 14 days later that 'proof of eligibility' was not received and removed the discount. Three times personally done at the store with employees and on the phone with the head center and cannot get contract obligations from AT&T. Update called the AT&T service line at home and requested a call back. I got a call back and no representative.MILITARY and everyone DO NOT USE AT&T! You will be swindled.
