Just spent an hour trying to update my cell phone address on line and couldn’t figure out how to do so so I gave up. Called AT&T only to spend 25 minutes with the rep who finally changing my address. Then spend over an hour trying to have the rep (who had NO clue) explain how I could do this myself and was TOTALLY confused with his explanation so I asked for a supervisor. Was Hung up on thee times by the rep (who called back) while waiting over 45 minutes which felt like a delay tactic. Never spoke with ANY supervisor and never got another call back on the last hang up
