Cannot be trusted and completely overpriced

After 9 years I finally had to find something better. Between the constant nag for new equipment and services and pop up odd fees and the constant push for autopay and most of all the price for what you get in return is not worth it. The ONLY good thing is I Never had signal problems anyplace in the world which is why I stayed with them for so long but that's where the good part stops. Being switched to autopay when I specifically told them not to was a complete violation of trust. They have cost me time and money in bank overdrafts and other issues and the best they have is 3GB of data which is garbage by today's standards. Their home internet speeds are terrible and they have bandwidth caps and are one of the only companies that still has them. They are just not up with the state of technology and the prices are terrible. It was time for us to part ways
