The only reason I gave AT&T one star is because I made me they don't get any stars. The employees they have working for them don't know what they are doing and they can't even understand what you are saying. I swear I was talking to a 10 year old no a 10 year old would do better then the AT&T employees. I was on the phone for 2 hours the other day I asked the employees over 30 times to transfer me to a manger. Every time he would ask a question I asked for a manger. I can't wait to switch provider's I hate AT&T and i'm going to put up a bad review everyday to get the word out. AT&T is a scam don't set your account up on auto they will go in your account and take what they want when they want. And they when you want your money back they will take for ever to refund. Or they will keep you on hold for hours because they know people don't have time to hold for 2 hours about a refund. They took $222 on 9-12-24 and they weren't suppose to take it till 9-20-24 then they were suppose to refund but I never got the refund and they wanted me to pay again on 9-20-24. I think the employees do it because they have no idea what they are doing. They have a AI note the accounts so their job all they have to do is talk on the phone and the AI notes the account for them and they still can't do their job right. AT&T sucks run don't use their service for cell phones or internet unless you like finding out where you money went and spending hours on the phone because nobody knows what to do
