I bought an iPhone 15 pro max about 6 months ago and broke a screen protector about three months in. Brought in and it was replaced without question. I was told they were covered throughout the first year. Broke that new screen protector about two months in again. Went to AT&T where they tried to charge me $10. Saying only the first one is covered. I just bought 3 screen protectors and 3 camera lens protectors for $6.99. Why would I pay 10 for one (with AT&T phone insurance mind you) when I can get 3 of each protector for $7? Their cell coverage has went to hell as well. This was on 10/13/2024.
