Even one star is too much for such a thief company. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with AT&T not only have I been charged with unexplained fees, but the way my device return was handled is unacceptable. I followed their instructions exactly and used the prepaid label they provided to send back my phone. I even have proof of delivery with tracking umber, the original receipt of USPS, yet they are now falsely claiming they never received it.This situation has cost me both time and money, and their customer service has been unhelpful throughout the entire process. Instead of taking responsibility, they are pushing the burden on me, which is absolutely unfair. I trusted them, but unfortunately, this company seems more interested in dodging accountability than resolving legitimate issues and ripping of their customer with lies and nonsense. I would not recommend AT&T to anyone—be careful if you need to return anything or dispute a charge and for sure they steal your money. Max. Abedian
