I've been with ATT my entire life. Their service has been spotty but I've stayed with them bc I thought they were better than others. Recently, they've been installing fiber optic cables in my neighborhood and have cut my lines repeatedly. No sooner do they get me fixed than I'm cut AGAIN. I have to go through their nightmare of what they call "customer service" to get my wifi back. Then, as if that isn't bad enough when I'm on the phone with my "customer service" repeatedly i hear a party in the background. Everyone is laughing, joking, and having a blast...of course, NOT their customer. I have to stay in for the third time in two weeks, instead of taking care of my business, to be available for their "technician." It's time to dump ATT and find a company that's reliable so that I can have a party of my own .
