I hate ATT! I left Tmobile because of their terrible customer service. They are stellar compared to ATT. Everyone i spoke to told me something different. Supervisors have no authority to do anything. I spoke to one rep for one hour and 55 minutes and two days later they refused to honor exception she promised. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CURRENT CARRIER, YOU WILL REGRET IT. I cant wait to get out of this contract.
