Already regretting about changing to At&t

Already regretting about changing to AT&T. They offered me a bundle credit and trade in credits but what no one told me was that credits appeared 2-3 billing cycles after, so I’ll be paying way more money for that than what I originally agreed to pay until the credits are applied, who knows when. Don’t fall for it !!! Update: I would love to find a way to give negative stars. It’s being 4 months and I haven’t received the autopay discount they offered, even though I enrolled in autopay since the beginning, Today I chatted with an agent and the answer was that my autopay, wish I haven’t modified, is disabled and scheduled for being working again two days before my due date. Somehow they managed to have me in auto payment but not giving me the discount they offered me for it .
