The worst in the industry

Phone support is available after an hour wait at which time the untrained agent will need to transfer you (another 45 minutes) to the next bozo who will waste another 40 minutes of your time before finally telling you to call again tomorrow. The att goal is to tire you out until you quit trying to get the problem resolved. The worst support in the industry. Every other carrier is better than att.
