This is the worst company

This is the worst company to try and do business with. Can't speak to live people. Haven't had internet from the time I paid for it. They want me to pay my bill before they will even talk to me. Not paying bill because they haven't delivered product. I still have no internet. Waiting for it to go to collection and maybe I can speak to someone about selling something that actually works. Can't pay for promises and lies
