I have never in my life had any interaction with ATT wireless until my new company issued me a new Iphone 2 months ago. The charging slot will not hold a cable. I wanted to see if the store had the ability to repair the phone, but that was not to be.I tried for 20 minutes to break through their customer firewalls to get a human, but they engineer their firewalls for maximum time wastage and frustration.So F you immensely ATT, and your profoundly shitty service. I am now obligated to drive to a store to be ignored there.
