Bill had been 55 a month for four years. Randomly increased to 130 and paid that on Nov 20. Suddenly received another bill for 130 stating if I don’t pay before the 9th then they’ll cut service. I scheduled three calls on the 8th with no call backs and they cut my service at midnight despite me checking my billing history and my bill isn’t due until Dec 20. Can’t get a hold of anyone until tomorrow night and it’s finals week and I have no internet. Honestly kind of ridiculous.
