’ve been a loyal AT&T customer for over 15 years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I participated in a phone trade-in program for $700, only to find out a few days later that the trade-in value for my phone had increased to $830. When I reached out to customer service to request an adjustment, I was met with a flat refusal to honor the updated trade-in value.What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of willingness to escalate my concern. The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and outright refused to transfer me to another department or supervisor who might have been able to assist.After more than a decade of loyalty, I expected AT&T to value its customers enough to provide fair consideration for situations like this. Sadly, their rigid policies and poor customer service have shown me otherwise. I am now seriously reconsidering my long-term relationship with AT&T.
