The AT&T that is at Costco is a HUGE Scam. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to join their service. We traded in our own PAID OFF (new) phones, to get new "free" phones. When the new iPhone came out we wanted to gift our phones to someone and buy new phones, they charged us $1200 each phone which means we got ZERO value for the phones we gave them. ALL because they FAILED to tell us the conditions that came with the phones. They just wanted us to get to sign the contract. I AM BEYOND disappointed. The customer service was nice but they literally did NOTHING.
