When I had the phone transfered to my name...the rep just did a transfer of financial responsablity. So when I went in 4 days later to get it all moved over as it should have been I told them I wanted to keep my new number. That was fine, but what they did was basically give me 2 acct for 1 phone. So even though I'm paying my bill on time, there was another acct I didn't know about. That acct got shut down for no payment then they hit me with a 1400 dollar bill with my device on it. They basically said sorry there is nothing we can do ...how do you want to pay this....for their screw up
