Worst prepaid I've ever had

I started using AT&T prepaid a few months ago and it is the worst service I have ever used. I have to change. Logging in to pay is so ridiculous due to the switching between code and password and due to pw requirements. They try to force you to pay without signing in. There is no way to see payment history. My own mother can't even call. Customer service is terrible. Now i have to change providers AGAIN because of the issues.
