The customer service is HORRIBLE

The customer service is HORRIBLE, as a new customer, porting in a number has been Hell, and all the CS reps have copy and paste answers and NO solutions! I have been without a phone for 2 weeks with no answers from AT&T!! Wtf is going on in their offices this is no way to retain customers!!
