I have two business accounts with AT&T. I have a cell phone and Internet. I go online to pay my Internet bill get confirmation numbers and somehow AT&T puts it on my phone bill. Then my Internet gets shut off. It’s like pulling teeth to try to get anybody on the phone to help you. I think that AT&T is the worst Internet and cell phone service out there. I’ve been trying for over 24 hours to get this situation resolved. I have spoke to probably seven or eight different people. i’m either on hold for over an hour and then I get hung up on and no one tries to contact you back. Or you try to call and you are on hold forever waiting to even try to talk to someone that can’t even help you. It is very simple. I paid the bill your company put it on the wrong account so just credit the account that it was supposed to be on to begin with. It’s not rocket science. But they make it seem like it is. And my Internet is still not on after I paid the bill.
