I had an issue with resetting my email password and received the worst customer service ever. I called the phone number online & it took forever to reach a live agent. My phone number was wrong in my profile so they could not text me a reset code. I was told they could not get the phone number correctly updated. I was told they would have to mail me the code. After hours online, I went to the Madison, AL ATT store. When I arrived there were several customers waiting to be helped. I waited about 20 minutes before a representative was available. She The representative attempted to help me but walked away. I kept having to get her attention for help. The customer service in the store is terrible. No representative seemed to be interested in helping customers. I was never able to solve my password issue. It was a very frustrating experience. ATT store & online service is unacceptable.
