Please never waste your time/money

One star as I’m required to give it, I would’ve given zero if possible. Been a loyal customer that always pays my bills, I asked if I could have a particular due date to help align with my pay schedule, to no avail, so each month I make payment arrangements, I always pay them. This month the option to pay at the end of the month wasn’t available for me whatever reason, I called and asked if I could have my arrangement extended 4 days! 4…not 14, not 40, but 4! After speaking with 5 different people, they could not do it. So I know my phone will be shut off and I’m not paying to turn it back on, I’m switching. I am not a Karen in any form either, I have been so patient and too kind for all the bs I’ve put up with, with them. Really mad at myself for ever leaving Verizon. ATT is so out of touch with reality, as they’re telling me that there is no way they can extend me for 4 days, they’re trying to add more lines to my account after I’ve explained that i do not need/want anymore. Sure let’s make my bill even more expensive while I’m about to get shut off. Wild! Would absolutely never ever recommend them!
