I want those wasted hours of my life back

Long story short, AT&T charged me for a 4th line I never owned because they had two lines attached to one device somehow. This continued for months and took 14 hours of my life spread over many, many phone calls. They literally drove me to tears, and I haven't cried in years. To get them to delete the phantom line, I had to pay off the phone entirely, because they had the installments tied to the wrong number (and after 14 hours, they couldn't figure out how to move the installment plan to the correct number.). So I paid the stupid thing off to get out of the line they never should have charged me for.On today's bill I just discovered they charged me for 8 months of installments. (About the amount of time since I resolved that last nightmare). THEY CHARGED 8 INSTALLMENTS IN ONE MONTH ON A PHONE I'VE ALREADY PAID OFF. Any guesses as to how many weeks or months and hours of my life it's going to take me to resolve this? Whenever I call and go through their menu, because I've done it so many times, I can feel my blood pressure rising and my pulse begins to pound in my neck. I'd rather walk on flaming legos than call them.I'm so done with them. I'd happily sign up today for a back alley service with a guy dealing phones out of his trench coat, knowing that no matter what, I'd still get better service from him than AT&T.
