Got 2 new phone delivered one for my wife and one for me. My wife’s phone came with the wrong number on it so went to the local store and all they told us to do was call customer service as they could not change the phone number over to the correct one. Contacted customer service and was on the phone with them for over 3 hours and all I got out of it was send the phone back to them. Sent it back and again called them again and did this 3 more times on different days and got no told that the new phone was on the way that was after 3 weeks. The last call to them was they would put in a fraud report on the phone. Have not heard anything as of yet after 4 weeks and still no phone. I now have canceled Att and will not be going back to them ever again.
