DONT SWITCH IF WANT THEM TO CARE

We switched to ATT with a bunch of promises and was lied too. 1st we got virtual reward cards, that were hacked and stole all of the money on them. When we call they blamed us that our email was hacked. and nothing they can do. When you look it up there is a BUNCH of people with the same experience where the virtual card is taken down to nothing. so it has to be an employee. We were told we would get 1st responder discount. we didn't unless it comes out of my daughter account was lied to about how much insurance would be. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I WOULD RATHER GO BACK TO TMOBILE AND HAVE SPOTY SERVICE AND HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. they do not care that we lost all that money. I tried going into a store and they didn't know how that all worked so couldn't help us.
