We’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with AT&T regarding payment arrangements. On two separate occasions, we scheduled and received confirmation for a payment arrangement on a specific date. Despite these agreements, AT&T failed to honor them, which caused significant disruptions to our account.Each time, when we contacted customer service, we were met with apologies for the inconvenience but unfortunately, no real solutions or accountability followed. It’s extremely disappointing to make arrangements in good faith, receive confirmation, and then have the company disregard those commitments without consequence.We understand that mistakes can happen, but the lack of follow-through and support afterward has made it difficult to feel confident in AT&T’s reliability. We hope they take steps to improve communication and better honor the agreements they make with their customers.
