It's been scam after scam. They promise the most affordable service but little did i know first you have to pay hundreds of dollars in fees. After that they will offer so many new deals to help you lower your bill, which instead increase your bill so you end up paying more. They said "we offer a discount if you select this payment method", but then decided to change it months later to something else entirely and charged more every month. Disgusting, lying cheating, sneaky company. I fell for the veteran deal offer but never again.
